Immigration Law

Excellent Services in All Areas of Immigration Laws

We understand how difficult it gets for millions of immigrants who are seeking legal status in the United States. These difficulties begin from the challenges of acquiring visas or crossing the border to obtaining citizenship. Our firm is comprised of experienced lawyers and legal assistants who devote their knowledge and energy to helping immigrants from all over the world. We provide services in every area of the immigration law: family-based immigration, deportation, naturalization, student visas, work visas, etc.

We keep abreast of changes in the law in order to offer not only excellent service but a firsthand knowledge of how to succeed in today’s rapidly changing immigration environment.

Family-Based Immigration

One of our firm’s practices in immigration laws is family-based petitions, marriage-based adjustment of status, immigration visa process, waivers for inadmissibility, naturalization, application for K and V visas to allow couples to be together in the U.S.

As some of our team members are immigrants and likely went through the same ordeal of migrating and obtaining legal status here in the United States, we are very sensitive to the needs of families who are trying to bring over in the United States their loved ones with whom they have been separated for so long. We understand each step of the process of filing a visa petition and devote our energy and expertise in advising and guiding you on the required documents that must go along with the applications, the Affidavit of Support, or the interview preparation where the immigration may challenge the legitimacy of a marriage, especially for couples who have been married for less than two years (Conditional Residence), etc.

Immigration Defense and Asylum

Who is an Asylee?

Any person outside his or her country of nationality who, because of a well-founded fear of persecution on account of Race, Religion, Nationality, Membership in a particular social group, and Political opinions is unable or unwilling to return to that country and is unable or unwilling to obtain protection from that country. You must be physically present in the United States and have a well-founded fear to return to your country because of past persecution or fear for future persecution. Your fear must also be subjective and objective. And most importantly, you must show that the persecution is inflicted by the government or by persons or organizations the government is unable or unwilling to control.

The laws pertaining to asylum are very complex, and you should definitely hire a licensed and experienced lawyer so that you can put the best case forward. Our firm specializes in both defensive and affirmative asylum, ensuring that you remain in the United States and receive the protection you deserve under the Asylum laws.
