As the founder of The Law firm of Kouyate and Associates, Attorney Kouyate is known for being exceptionally professional, diligent, passionate, and committed in his law practice. Mr. Kouyate is fluent in French and English.
Attorney Hassan Kouyate was born in the tropical country of Guinea, West Africa. He attended Universite Kofi Annan de Guinee, where he earned a law degree and graduated in 2010. Mr. Kouyate graduated from Universite de Kofi Annan de Guinee as top of his class and was immediately offered a position as a legal advisor in the Department of Security.
Mr. Kouyate felt honored for the opportunity presented to him right after graduating from law school, but instead, he decided to take a different route and moved to the United States in 2011, where he furthered his education in law.
The journey to who and what he represents today was not an easy one, yet he took it upon himself to keep on going with the vision he had in mind. Mr. Kouyate could apply for the LMM program and spent a year earning his Law degree in the United States, but rather, he decided to start law school all over again.
He attended Georgia Piedmont College, where he earned a degree in paralegal studies in 2015.
In 2016 he was accepted by Atlanta John Marshall Law School and graduated in 2019 with Honors “cum laude” and within the top 10 of the best students in his class. While attending law school, he served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research, during which he assisted hundreds of students to reach their potential and goals. He was a role model for many students and left an imprint in the minds and hearts of his professors, who still, until today, use him as a reference on the topic of student success stories.
Attorney Kouyate took his bar and passed in his first trial with one of the highest scores. Since 2020, Mr. Kouyate has been practicing law, helping thousands of people with immigration, Car accidents, and Criminal cases. Excelling in both legal systems – Civil Law and Common Law Systems – evinces that he is a fast learner with the ability to quickly find solutions for his clients’ issues.
As an immigrant himself, Mr. Kouyate has a deep interest in helping, educating, and representing people who cannot fight for themselves, do not understand the law or the system, or have language barrier challenges. His passion is to make sure they are treated fairly and equally. He has been the key point of contact for many immigrants and intends to do just that for the long run.
